- Comply with all applicable maritime laws, safety regulations, and insurance requirements.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with other users.
- Accept full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and participation in any trip.
3. Crewzer Liability Disclaimer
Crewzer is not liable for:
- Disputes, damages, or accidents occurring during or in relation to a trip.
- The behavior, skills, or reliability of other users.
- Any financial or personal loss related to the use of the platform.
Users participate in trips entirely at their own risk.
4. Code of Conduct (Captains & Crew)
- Respect & Communication: Treat each other with respect, maintain clear communication about expectations, costs, and responsibilities.
- Safety First: The captain is responsible for the safety of the vessel and crew. Crew members must follow the captain’s safety instructions.
- Fair Contribution: Agree in advance on cost-sharing, duties, and trip details to avoid misunderstandings.
- Positive Community Spirit: Support each other, be reliable, and help maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
Crewzer reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Use or the Code of Conduct, including but not limited to disrespectful behavior, providing false information, or unsafe practices.
